As a coach, educated at the University of Cambridge, I support people (from students to executives) in making meaningful changes in their lives, with emphasis on self-awareness and general wellbeing. I won't give you answers – instead, I'll ask you the right questions to help you find your own."

I help teams and organisations (in both the private and public sectors) solve problems and deliver results, particularly in international settings.

My signature strengths are: solid work ethic, international exposure, management and leadership experience, application of diversity and inclusion best practices.

My core technical expertise is in software systems and online services for people. However, I have worked in a variety of sectors, such as media, startups, finance and public administration.

Love makes you invincible book cover

This book draws on my experience of relying on love as a source of strength to overcome the challenges I have faced in life. I present six practical principles, two for each 'direction' of love – towards others, towards the world and towards oneself.

I'm also available as a speaker for events, conferences and podcasts, to talk about the themes covered in the book – resilience, self-awareness, purpose, kindness and courage, among others.
